Type of GST

Central goods and service Tax or CGST

CGST Taxes levied by the central government on the inter-state supply of both goods and services. The CGST is governed by the CGST ACT. The revenue earned from CGST is collected by the central government.

State goods and service Tax or SGST

CGST, GST there is a tax under the rule that applies to inter-state transactions. SGST, State government levies on goods and services transactions that Bought and sold within the state.

Integrated goods and services Tax or IGST

IGST is a tax levied on interstate goods and services transactions. Under IGST, The charge of tax is shared by both the Centre and the State. Under IGST, the central government responsible for collecting taxes.

Procedure for GST Registration

  • Go to the government GST portal and look for registration Tab.
  • Use your 0PAN, E-mail ID and mobile no. to fill out GST Reg. -1 and submit the same.
  • You will receive a temporary reference No. on your mobile and via E-mail after OTP verification.
  • Then need to fill part –B of form GST Reg. -01 to be duly signed and upload the required documents specified according to the business type.
  • An acknowledgement will be generated in from GST REG-02 .
  • Fill out the automatically generated GST REG.- 03 form in case additional information is required.
  • After verification of all information submitted a certificate of registration will be issued to you with-in 3 working days.
